About CJC-1295 (No DAC)
CJC-1295 (no DAC), also referred to in the literature as Modified GRF 1-29, is a 29-residue analog of human growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH 1-29) carrying four amino-acid substitutions designed to confer enzymatic stability.
Research interest centers on GHRH-receptor signaling and the kinetics of GH-releasing factor analogues. The peptide has been investigated in pre-clinical models of growth-hormone insufficiency and as a comparator to native GHRH 1-29.
